Karen loves to teach those who are new to yoga, children and expecting Mom’s. She loves to work with kids and show them how fun yoga can be. She teaches all ages from Toddler’s, Teenager’s and Adults of all ages.
One of her favorite aspects of Yoga is the amazing transformations and healing that take place physically and emotionally. She continues to deepen her practice through trainings and workshops. Karen aspires to bring alive the wisdom of the eight limbs of yoga throughout asana classes. She is certified in Kids Yoga, Prenatal yoga & continues to study extensively. Karen’s classes are fun, inspirational, focusing on proper alignment and breathe control.
Karen is a former Montessori Educator and enjoys showing kids how fun exercise and movement can be.

Through these 9 years experience in Montessori education and a little more than six years as a mother of two girls, I discovered the importance and value that takes the environment in which our children develop. Designing a suitable environment for growth can potentiate their skills and train children independent, confident and contributing to the world.
The Montessori philosophy provides us with the necessary tools for comprehensive development, but complement the parental presence and correct orientation in the Montessori system, would be an invaluable resource.
